From raw health data to scores in three steps
ROOK Scores takes standardized data from ROOK Connect and turns it into information that is easy to understand. It includes two independent products: Health Score, a daily 0–100 summary of activity, sleep, and body data, and User Profiles, which identifies what type of health profile each user has.

Health Score
A number any user understands. Key activity, sleep, and body metrics are summarized into one daily 0–100 score per person. With the seven-day average, users see their progress, and teams spot early who is improving and who needs a nudge.

User Profiles
Knowing who each user is, not just what they measured. User Profiles groups recent data into five domains: activity, sleep, cardio, recovery, and body. The result is a health profile that makes it possible to segment users and deliver personalized observations that turn data into relevant experiences.

What is ROOK Scores?
ROOK Scores is the interpretation layer that converts data synchronized through ROOK Connect into structured scores and profiles. It helps products present health and wellness context without building the entire calculation logic from scratch.
Do I need ROOK Connect to use ROOK Scores?
Yes. ROOK Scores uses data that must first be connected, synchronized, and standardized through ROOK Connect. A configured Data Webhook is also required to receive results.
Which products are available within ROOK Scores?
ROOK Scores currently includes Health Score and User Profiles. Health Score generates configurable scores from available data, while User Profiles organizes recent information into a broader view of the user.
Does ROOK Scores provide medical diagnoses?
No. ROOK Scores outputs are descriptive and depend on the information available. They do not diagnose diseases, recommend treatment, or replace the judgment of a healthcare professional.
How do I receive ROOK Scores results?
Results are delivered through your integration’s Data Webhook. Health Score recalculates when new summaries arrive, while User Profiles are generated on request.
